Season Guidelines Summary
The following is a condensed summary of current season guidelines. For the full, authoritative rules please refer to the Rules and Regulations PDF above.
- 1.Each membership is allowed a bag limit of two trophy bucks.
- 2.No limit on does per membership while doe tags remain available.
- 3.MLDP Permits must be secured to every harvested deer before leaving the property.
- 4.Every buck must receive a Boone & Crockett score from a designated club scorer.
- 5.Buck photos and scores must be submitted by February 15 each year.
- 6.Each member receives ten (10) guest passes per season.
- 7.No hunting guests during the first six days of deer and squirrel season.
- 8.Remove and tag each jawbone using the metal tags that correlate with the Harvest Record Book.
- 9.Hunt safely and be a good sportsman.
Penalties for Non-Compliance
- 1. For any buck determined to be under age: $250 fine and loss of buck hunting privilege for the remainder of the season. An appeals policy is in place for disputed ages.
- 2. Two under-aged harvest mistakes within a three-year period will result in a board review of membership status.
- 3. Failure to record dressed weight, antler measurements, B&C score, or submit a jawbone by the February 15 deadline: $250 fine.
