All deer that are harvested in Renfro Hunting Club must be documented. They must be taged, weighed, the jaw bone remove for aging and if a buck, the antler measurements recorded. This is done at the number one box.

Along with the weigh station the number one box contains a map of the club which showes all of the member's stand locations, has a current timber operations map detailing where cutting operations are scheduled to be performed, guest log and signin sheet.

The club currently has a campground that has electricity and a well for water. Members are allowed to bring in a travel trailer to camp in if they choose.
